Journey - Skincare & Cider

Awarded the One Show Young Ones Merit Award 2018

Idea: 
A new range of apple based skincare products and apple cider with the purpose to protect the diversity of apples. The brief: make a strong brand design that portrays our quest in a premium design package with a unique story. The products include apple cider, day to day cream, anti acne serum, anti age serum and a cooling aftershave for men.
 

Challenge / Brief:
The UK, like the rest of the world eats only a handfull of appletypes, This means that the diversity of apple trees is diminishing rapidly. However some of these apple contain enzymes that have anti ageing qualities proven to be very good for our skin. Could we protect the rapidly falling diversity of apple trees, by first making apple cider to keep the population of the rarest types intact and eventually make skincare products out of the enzymes?
 

Solution: 
a strong brand design that portrays our quest in a premium design package with a unique story. The products include apple cider, day to day cream, anti acne serum, anti age serum and a cooling aftershave for men. So with the brief in mind I created "Journey" and a manifest that would also serve as the startups vision and message to the customers. This message will be on every released product.
